Refunds Policy

1. Email 1247trisomy@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and item you would like to refund/exchange. 

2. Garments must be returned in original condition with tags attached and unworn within 14 business days of receiving.

3. 1247 Trisomy does not cover return shipping.

Please note, clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags still intact, including ALL packaging. For all exchanges within UK, items must be returned within 14 business days from the date of purchase. 

Please ensure you are using the size chart before making purchases.

1247 Trisomy does not cover any return shipping costs for exchanges. The return cost will be incurred at your own expense.

1247 Trisomy reserve the right to refuse replace or refund your items if tags are  are tampered with or taken off or if items are damaged. 

Lost or Missing Parcels

1247 Trisomy does not offer refunds for lost parcels. All items are posted using track and signed postage and a tracking number will be issued once parcels are posted.

 

Delivery to wrong address

It is important to ensure the correct address is entered at check out.

In the event the incorrect address is processed when placing your order, unfortunately 1247 Trisomy will not be held responsible for the cost of reshipping to the correct address should you wish to have this item resent to the correct address.

Kindly note, you will need to contact 1247trisomy@gmail.com quoting your order number to arrange the redelivery.
